Getting Started (Mac and PDA Users) 
Once you have Signed Up online you will need to follow these simple steps to start using the Jetset service.

Activate Your account - When you have signed up you will be sent an email asking you to activate your account.
Simply click on the link within this email and your account will be activated.
Please note that your membership period will begin when you signup not when you activate your account.
In addition you will receive a further 2 emails after the sign up process:
i) Membership registration confirmation:
This email will include confirmation of your username and will
include your outgoing mail server details, so that you can send emails whilst abroad.
ii) Sales confirmation:
This email will outline what you have bought and the amount you have paid. Within this email there will be a link to download the Dialler file.
You will need to download this file to use the service (see below).

Download the CSV file.
This is the list of telephone numbers that you will use when you want to use the Jetset service. Click on the link within the sales confirmation email or go to the download page.
Select the appropriate download depending on the operating system you wish to use ie Windows, Mac or PDA.

Start using the service! Download the csv-based telephone book from the download page.
Configure your PDA or Mac for as few or as many dial-up connections as you require.
Select an ISP to connect via. It doesn't matter which ISP you choose as you will be charged the same price whichever you use. For each minute you are online you will be charged the relevant number of credits depending on which country you are in.
Each country falls into one of three pricing zones. Go to coverage to see the breakdown of countires within each zone. |

Your Account Status. Every time you use the Jetset service you will be emailed at the beginning and end of your time online to let you know how many credits you have left.
Please note: you can access your account
at any time to see how many credits you have and how long in days you have remaining on your membership. |

Maintain Your Acount. If you are running low on credits (try not to let your credits get below 30, if you are actively using your account) or your membership period is about to expire, you can log into your account and top up at any time. |
